Return Policy

At Lily Bloom, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is also required.

Wholesaler Orders

Please note that items ordered directly from our wholesalers, including large or bulky items, are not eligible for return. We encourage customers to double-check measurements and visit our store to view sample materials before making such purchases. If you have any concerns or questions about an item, please reach out to us prior to ordering.

Returns for Stock Items

For stock items returned in accordance with our policy, we will issue store credit for the value of the return. Please be advised that we do not offer cash refunds for returns. Please note that a restocking charge may apply to returned items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@lilybloom.ie. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your items. Please note, items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection, but in the event your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will require photos of the damaged item and its packaging in order to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (such as made-to-order or cut-to-size materials)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Large or bulky items ordered directly from our wholesalers

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds and Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, we will issue store credit for the amount of the returned item. Please note, outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. For fragile or high-value items, we recommend insuring the return shipment.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the correct item, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order for the desired product.
